House Rules

Please read these rules before arrival. Confirming a booking constitutes acceptance of these rules.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00.
• Check-out: by 12:00.
• Early check-in or late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement.

Guest numbers

• Maximum occupancy: 10 adults or 13 persons including children.
• Unregistered overnight guests may only stay with the advance agreement of the owner.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Pets

Pets are welcome only with prior agreement from the owner.

Noise

• Please keep noise to a minimum between 23:00 and 08:00.
• There are no direct neighbours, but we ask for considerate behaviour.

Property care

• Please treat the property with care — any damage will be assessed and charged to the guest.
• Before departure: dispose of rubbish and load dishes into the dishwasher.
• Hot tub: use only when the water level is at the correct fill line. No glass vessels in or around the hot tub.

Fire and safety

• The Kamado Bono grill may only be used in its designated outdoor area.
• Open fires only in the designated fire pit.
• Light the sauna stove according to the instructions provided.

Pond

Swimming in the pond is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Motor watercraft are not permitted on the pond.
