Video surveillance information

Vila Valentino operates a video-only (no audio) CCTV system covering exterior areas of the property (driveway, courtyard perimeter).

Technical details

• Coverage area: exterior areas only — driveway and courtyard perimeter. No cameras inside any building.
• Retention period: 14 days, after which recordings are automatically overwritten.
• Recording type: video only, no audio.

Legal basis

Surveillance is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — protection of property and guest safety.

Access to recordings

Recordings are accessible only to the property owner and, where there is a legal basis, to law enforcement authorities.
